Add remote control to any incandescent light in your home within seconds. Simply plug the light into the socket at the bottom of this module and then plug the module into any standard 230V power point. The light can now be turned ON/OFF & dimmed/brightened by any X10 compatible controller in the house.

Use with tabletop X10 controllers, wireless X10 remotes, X10 timers, X10 motion detectors, X10 computer interfaces and even voice activated X10 controllers. Any X10 Lamp Module anywhere in the house can be controlled by any other X10 controller anywhere in the house without any special wiring. The modules use the existing 230V AC wiring in the home to communicate.

You can now use a wireless remote to control bedroom lights from the comfort of your bed, and the very same remote to turn off the living room lights you left on. The ALL-LIGHTS-ON panic button available on many controllers can instantly turn on X10 Lamp Module controlled lights throughout the home. Scare away intruders with this feature before life threatening situations develop.

Each X10 module is given its own address by selecting a letter (house code) and number (unit code) on the 2 dials. A manual override feature allows you to turn X10 modules ON at the light even if there is no X10 controller handy.
